The consultant facilitates a career assessment, gathering the necessary information to formulate a personalized Strategic Timeline establishing realistic goals and objectives within a defined one-year time frame.

PHASE TWO

Utilizes the personalized Strategic Timeline created during Phase One and offers an Implementation service, connecting and managing relationships between MUSI clients and industry professionals well-suited to fulfill the client’s identified goals and objectives.

PHASE THREE

Offers full-time Artist Management services including:

• Implementing a career plan
• Supervising publicity, public relations and advertising campaigns
• Adopting the proper format for the best presentation of Artist’s talents
• Assisting with client’s artistic choices including music, branding, web material
• Securing shows
• Assisting in fundraising initiatives
• Determining the types of employment most beneficial to client’s career
• As client’s business starts to grow, helping Artist choose a team to include attorney, accountant, agent, musicians, crew, and staff as mutually agreed
